RaD Car Hire Brisbane Airport
"Hello RaD Car Hire (Vicky or Collette). I rented a car from you on 31st March and I am due to return it to Brisbane Domestic Terminal car park tomorrow morning at 6am. I live in the Philippines and this has been the first time I have rented a car from RaD, having traditionally used the larger car rental companies like Avis and Budget, and more recently Alpha. Being the first time, I was understandably apprehensive. I have always had to go to the rental company's office in the past and spend considerable time completing paper work.
Admittedly, the Hyundai I am renting from RaD is not new. It has done over 127 k, has a few scratches, but it runs perfectly. It has obviously been well maintained and is a pleasure to drive.
I sincerely want to commend you and your company for the efficient and courteous manner in which you conduct your business. And with the very reasonable rental rates you charge, driving a slightly older car and dispensing with the usual paperwork is no sacrifice to make at all. So thank you again RaD, you have won me over and you now have a new regular client. I will be spending another two weeks here in September and I will be in touch with you in due course."

I would say their way of pickup/dropoff in the short stay car park is even quicker than the terminal based car hire companies, so dont let the fact their not at the airport turn you off getting these guys.
